Responsibilities :Project work for ERP System (Siddat Hyder).Enter purchase order of local purchases.Enter GRN and supplier bill of local purchases and reporting to manager.Enter the GRN (Import).Enter the GTM from Head office to all Branches.Posting of all invoices and maintaining a record of all issuance from Bill and reporting.Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports.Reporting of stock every month with detail.Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics.Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes.Supervise all stores staff members,Make stock report as per Management requirementManages stationery requirements for the department and other office supplies.Collecting all Pakistan monthly stock report and compiling the same in summarized form.Month closing and annual closing.Quarterly visit to branches for Inspection.
