As a Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for recruiting highly skilled Information Technologists for client base with varied industries throughout the United States. Work directly with the Resource Manager in US.Responsibilities:• Possess a good understanding of IT products and trends• Meet the challenge of finding the right candidate for the job• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment• Ability to negotiate pay rate with candidates• Ability to prioritize assignments• Ability to work with limited supervision• Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house resources to identify and recruit top talent.• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting within a medium to large sized organization.• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.• Ability to negotiate pay rate.• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.• Determine candidate requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing candidates; analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements. • Will be responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status updates on a regular basis• Gathers background information, enters information into the database, and maintains database• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Conduct interviews to check their suitability towards the requirement. • Update the candidates with a feedback and maintain relationship with them for future prospects or utilizing them for reversing• Support new recruitment strategies.
