I graduated from Arid Agriculture University with a degree in Information Technology in 2023, and joined the company shortly after.In my role, I operate and troubleshoot the warehouse management system, ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of inventory and orders. I also track and report shipment status and performance metrics, using Excel and communication skills. I collaborate with the customer service and logistics teams, contributing to the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of the company.
