While acting as an HR Professional, I facilitate the management across the key HR functions of hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, consulting and motivating of new/existing employees, apart from orchestrating the workforce work scheduling, work standards, attendance and conflict management. In this role, I also impart wide-ranged consultative services to all levels of employees regarding the policies and procedures.Managing & supervising all HR & admin activity of corporate office as well as business units with the help of 7 direct reporting HR & admin assistance.• Designing and facilitating the in-house events and spearheading the employee engagement activities for orientation of the new hires.• Providing valuable assistance to senior management with reports & data analysis, useful in formulation, execution & monitoring of various HR policies & programs.• Supervising the payroll process as per UAE labor law guidelines.
