My Responsibilities include:-Creating and maintaining an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals. Determining sales goals and communicating results.-Greeting customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner.-Providing honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products.-Building lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggesting new products and invite them to upcoming events.-Communicating business opportunities that include line performance, stock levels and team motivation/recognition.-Performing daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.-Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent customer service in accordance with standards. -Resolving customer issues and requests in an efficient and quick manner.-Maintaining appropriate inventory levels and complete physical inventory, as required.-Maintaining a cohesive cooperative work environment through team building and motivation.

My responsibilities include:-reviewing credit profile of creditors and ensuring the eligibility for loan extension.-managing Account opening forms.-Voucher reconciliation with transactions held.-reviewing OD & defaulters profile-ensuring good customers relationships & filling slips for them.-Assisting with month-end financial reports-Posting journal entries-Helping with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation-Assisting with audits-Balance sheet reconciliation-Working with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts-Managing the monthly tracking of our physical inventory-Supporting the payment processing team-Data entry
