• To ensure that all the quality procedures are being followed while the execution of the tasks as per the agreed norms of the project like preparation of review reports, defects tracking and consolidation• Involved in application Development and maintenance process, and taken care of all production related issues like Production installs, Production Schedules, Daily Job monitoring process, etc.• Coordinate with the clients to accomplish the task assigned. • To work on client needs and propose functional, technical solutions• Demonstrate good level of skills with respect to Communication ability both verbal and written, setting technical direction• Demonstrate negotiation skills to ensure successful project delivery which satisfies the client needs• Demonstrate full knowledge on IT Project Plan Management, business aspects and exhibiting team leadership skills• Contribute towards solution development, problem resolution and analysis, resolving architectural issues and promoting asset reuse & harvesting• Contribute towards plan development, assess solution viability, provide solution for client need and act as a client technical advisor• Effectively use the work products, library management tools, methods and configuration management tools to design from requirements and hence provide a complete solution.• Contribute towards development progress and quality tracking activities and encourage automation techniques wherever it is possible.• Lead teams and work towards application development, maintenance and support• Deliver the work products on-time without any escalations and ensuring that the same are totally compliant with the standards• Contribute towards problem-solving that arise during application development and implementation • Identify risks and defects that will be associated with delivery and also suggest methods to prevent them, risk management and defect prevention• Prepare periodical status reports to the client and management.
