• Financial Analysis: Ensuring the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability, specifically debt equity as per borrowing arrangements with banks. • Facilitating Company’s Operations: Arranging funds as per annual capital expenditure requirements • Cash forecasting: Compiling information from around the company to create ongoing cash forecast. • Working capital monitoring: Review the corporate policies related to working capital, and model their impact on cash flows• Fund raising: Determine when additional cash is needed, and raise funds through the acquisition of debt, or changes in company policies that impact the amount of working capital required to run the business.• Credit rating agency relations: Keep Credit Rating Agency informed of the company's financial results and condition.• Automation: Continuous efforts for introducing digitization in bill payment by customers through friendly channels for speedy bills collection• Reporting: Providing senior management with reports concerning funding issues, cash-related risks, liquidity issues etc.• Managing Foreign Payments: Supervising foreign payments and ensuring the transactions are done at best available exchange rates.• Analyzing data relating to cash cycle/ working capital and preparing management.• Managing Receivables: Supervising receivables accounting relating to Gas Revenues and Non-Gas Revenues• Managing Payments of Government levies: Supervising accounting relating to Gas Development Surcharge (GDS) & Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC) and payments thereof• Business Expansion related Accounting: Supervising accounting of transactions relating to mega projects i.e Import of Liquefied Natural Gas• Audit & Ministry Affairs: Preparing Company's agenda for presentation in Public Accounts Committee Meetings. Timely and satisfactory response to Audit & Ministry queries.

Direct reporting to the Partner of the Firm • Reviewing pre audit books of accounts of the clients.• Preparing audit plans• Detecting the audit risk areas, i.e detection, inherent and control risks• Considering the presence of mitigating factors• Checking the adequacy of clients’ internal control environment and their internal control policies also• Considering management representations’ matters and advising management accordingly• Assign Audit team the audit tasks and guide the complete team during the audit• Finalizing audit, preparing final accounts and audit report
