This position is to analyze, clean, and complete data within COTY’s packaging management system called PROSPER. The data coordinator job is to review current component data that is in PROSPER in order to improve the proficiency of the business overall. The focus was to complete and review the material of construction (MOC) and attribute data of various packaging components for purpose of improving user experience and environment reporting in PROSPER. Additionally, this position also requires the data coordinator to recommend better governance of data being inputted into PROSPER to ensure that future data will be as complete as possible. General work includes: • Communicating with various parts of the global business to determine the best method of cleaning current data within PROSPER. This includes working closely with other packaging developers and the IT team to determine the best way to complete missing/incorrect data. • Quickly learn to navigate and use COTY’s packaging management system, PROSPER. This knowledge is used to understand how COTY is using PROPSER for packaging development and to determine why certain data are in their current state. • Reading and analyzing technical drawings of various packaging components in order to complete missing data within PROSPER. This includes finding/filling Build of Materials (BOM), Material of Constructions (MOC), and components unique attribute.• Finding certain component data by understanding GD&T and threading standards.• Proficiently using excel to achieve fast data clean up by finding patterns among a large set of data. • Building a better knowledge of packaging components ranging from primary to tertiary packaging (bottles, folding cartons, shippers, shrink film, etc.).• Collaborating with IT team to develop a script where large amounts of MOC and attribute data can be changed within PROSPER using an excel sheet input file

Consists of working under an advising professor and PhD student. The focus of the job is to aid the PhD student in their research. The primary focus of research is in fluid dynamics and the mechanical interaction at a fluid to air interface system. This job requires the technical knowledge in Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) as well as knowledge in mechanical engineering. General work achieved shown below:• Preformed Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) analysis and experiment as assigned/requested by advising professor and graduate student.• Worked with Fluid Mechanics theory for PIV analysis• Used CAD software (SOLIDWORKS and Creo Parametric) for prototyping of new experimental setups• Used high speed cameras (Phantom Miro) and its software• Strong problem solving and hands-on mechanical aptitude to achieve various changes in experiment setup while maintaining safe work practices• Organized large amount of data collected during experiments for later documentation or analysis• Research and compile other academic papers to determine whether a change in the experimental setup is achievable for future research
