Handling with various protocols SS7, SIP, H.248 etc.Testing major int’l destinations with CMOs on daily basis and addressing QoS issues for International in/outward traffic. Management of NGN Soft Switch data/ tables for Int’l, Nat’l, and Int’l Transit Traffic.Daily basis TDM and VoIP Traffic Analysis for optimum efficiency & Improving ASR & QOS through traffic tools & dimension of networkMulti-service Transmission Network Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Microwave, E1 Facility equipment for BTS sites & corporate customer. Transmission network Planning on access as per customer requirement. Installation & commissioning, troubleshooting of HUAWEI, ERICSSON Mini-Link, Siemens SRAL, SAF Microwave SDH & PDH links.Preparing BOQ for new rollout as well as expansion of existing networks, customer connectivity's and other BW requirements.Actively used Huawei iManager, Huawei (PDH RTN 600 series and SDH).Minimizing loss of service when equipment fails by quickly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision.Huawei STM-4 monitoring/basic Troubleshooting of different card’s alarm, E1 Media and Fiber connectivity between two STM-4 systems.Configuration and testing of end to end Physical E1s mediaTo manage the work load and to update daily progress report.To resolve the site issues through proper channel, discussion with Vendor and to propose the proper solution.To maintain and check the quality of installation according to the Operator requirements.To maintain the weekly progress and update the statistical data of installed sites.Movements of teams on sites and to give them the proper guideline.to take updates from sites and prepare daily installation report for the Vendor.

BSS Field Operations:Faults finding and their rectification within a strict SLA across the network and providing 24x7, on Call visits to BTS sites for alarm & fault clearance to ensure smooth operations & maintenance in the region and provide support in case of major or critical problems.Installation, Configuration and perform Commissioning tests, acceptance tests, and fault clearing for ZTE ZXC-10 BSS System and up gradation of BTS sites to increase network traffic load capacity. Routing checking & corrective measures on RSSI level, Antenna Locking, VSWR (Checking the VSWR for the Feeder Cables and jumpers, VSWR Problem Resolution, etc.)

TeleCard has successfully launched CDMA 2000-1x System in North and South regions of Pakistan providing Voice and data services.- Working on LUCENT CDMA 2000 1x systems- Working on ZTE CDMA 2000 1X systems- Involve in the planning of the new sites for Karachi & outstation network.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for ensuring network uptime through monitoring of alarm via NMS and effective fault management in case of fault occurrence. Assist field engineers in performing their assigned activities at BTS locations. Working closely with multiple teams and operate on critical telecommunication equipment. Able to analyze, interpret data and apply professional judgement to carry out assigned responsibilities.Perform O&M functions of RAN network and take necessary action in case any abnormal and unusual behaviors related to performance and technical issues of any components /Equipment and coordination with field staff.Provisioning of new cell sites, their radio parameters (Sectors, cells, radio resource parameters, NE) Configuration of E1 media for BTS, signaling from BTS to BSC/MSC from 5ESS terminal.Analysis daily bases different reports & rectify issues and their reasons (Hardware, RF)Analyzing and maintaining the network KPIs like ASR, ACR, Drop calls, call failure and timely preparation and analyzing of all field & RF related daily, weekly & monthly reports that include:o Traffic reports indicating Call Drop, Call Block rates and Erlangs per cell on daily basis.ASR, ACD, E1, Daily RF success/failure rate, Daily high drop rates, Busy Hour Call Attempts (BHCA) and PCMD reports on daily basis.ZXC-10 BSS system is used for out station site and responsible for O&M functions with creating, Provisioning and optimization of BTS-BSC routing with Master-Slave configuration.
