My major responsibilities are as below.Product Development.Responsible for preparing seasonal shoe collection.Costing, responsible to get best price from factories. Production follow up with factories from development to ship.Work closely with factories and with Buyer technical team on conformity samples approval process.Pre-Production meeting with factories.Product manufacturing risk analysis.Production start check. Responsible for inline & Final inspection as per customer protocol.

Responsibilities:Increased R&D geared towards sustainability to create more Value addition in the product range.Analysis of all parameters related to costing for potential new orders and quoting the best possible price to the customer while still being competitive in the global market.Production Planning and control Liaison with the PPC Department to ensure efficient and on time fulfillment of orders while keeping time lines in check.Close coordination with Supply chain and procurement to ensure that all Raw material is on time for the Production and execution of the order to go ahead as planned.SWOT analysis of processes in order to identify weaknesses to be overcome and turn those weaknesses in the system to opportunities for efficiency.Execution of orders of Customers from Initial Development stage till final dispatch of orders by sea.Fulfillment of Developments and sampling requirements and protocols for all customers.
