• Overseeing the production process (Roll Grinding, Pickling, Rolling, Batch Annealing, Recoiling, & Electrolytic cleaning lines).

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Through the concept of Lean management, save Rs. 53 Million in production consumables.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings both within the department and in other departments for implementation of company policies and objectives.
