Working as a Relationship Officer under Retail & SME Banking Division at one of the best private commercial banks in the country Eastern Bank PLC (EBL). As an employee I am responsible for ensuring customer delight by giving them a "WOW" service and achieving business targets set by the management. I started my career from March, 2022 at EBL. Before that I have completed my MBA (Major in Marketing) and BBA (Major in Finance) from East West University. During these period, I was actively involved in many voluntary works. My passion for marketing has grown over the years. I am also in a process of learning Digital Marketing.I want to work in any corporate industries of Bangladesh using my analytical ability, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills to contribute to the organizational goals and grow rapidly with the increasing responsibility.
