MEGA GROUP – As Assistant Manager Accounts (Oct 2019 – Presents)• Managing day-to-day transactions.• Maintain Petty Cash Account.• Preparation of weekly wages, petty cash summary and posting of other journal entries in ledger.• Managing supplier ledger and customer’s ledgers.• Reporting on all debtors by weekly and monthly basis.• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies.• Making salaries of all employees

Key responsibilities!- Generate Purchase Order & Follow up with the Production Process.- Update Production Sheet on daily basis.- Co-ordinate with production department for demands & look closely WIP.- Prepare SKU wise sale reports on monthly basis.- Negotiate with supplier best lowest cost price of making product.- Handling Inventory & and to monitor the warehouse.- Reporting to Operation Manager.- Updating Stock on Climax Trading Suite.- Operating System ERP based – Climax Trading Suite.

Responsibilities!.- Responsible of Go down transfer and make proper physical verification.- Control outlet wise stock level, minimum level, maximum level, lead time.- Make sure proper inventory of all SKU available in all outlets.- Check physical stock with software Qty.- Update GRN on daily basis.- Lead weekly shipment of stock on all outlets.

Responsibilities!.- Managing inventory and physical verification on monthly base.- Manage customer and outlet wise delivery.
