CurrentI joined MSI Global (Aamir Salman Rizwan Chartered Accountants) in 2019 as Manager Audit.The senior level experience of working in MSI Global has provided in-depth knowledge of financial management systems, accounting and financial reporting systems, audits and related assignments, International Financial Reporting Standards, internal control and risk assessment, preparation, analysis and review of consolidated and separate financial statements, International Auditing Standards, corporate, taxation, labor and other laws.Following were my key responsibilities as Manager Audit:• Planning & organizing the audit staff on number of assignments• Preparation of work plans and supervision and review of the work assigned to staff in accordance with the plan• Preparation of reports including internal management reports• Development and training of staff on key areas of and recent developments in ISAs, IFRSs, regulatory requirements to maximize their potential using Power Point Presentation and class room lectures• Forming opinions on accounting and related matters for various clients• Revamping procedures and methodologies to improve work quality and standardize working procedures• Determining audit staff requirements and hiring & training the new staff• Annual budget preparation, variance analysis and follow-up for the audit department• Contributing in business development through client relationship management and proposal writing
