With over 15 years of experience in training and development, I am a passionate and dedicated Lead Trainer at Lucky Cement Limited, one of the largest cement producers in Pakistan. I am responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees across various functions and levels. I have a strong background in skill development, learning, and e-learning development, having worked as a Corporate Trainer for four and a half years in Dubai & Pakistan and as a Sales Supervisor for flydubai for five and a half years. I have also developed and managed multiple e-learning courses and platforms, using various tools and technologies to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. I am committed to fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization, aligning the training objectives with the strategic goals and values of Lucky Cement. I enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, such as managers, HR, and external partners, to identify the training needs and solutions that suit the diverse and dynamic needs of our workforce.
