Consultant services for a new project dealing with China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) requirements gathering, evaluation, financial estimations and integration requirements with National Database managed by NADRA. Evaluated existing IT infrastructure on CPEC entry points, route, service areas and mapped those with the requirements in wake of projected traffic flow on the route. The evaluation warranted calculations of expected human registration at border points, integration of biometric registration kiosks with NADRA and travel and health insurance service providers. Vehicle and fleet tracking and monitoring was also desired by the stakeholders to monitor traffic flow and logistics operations etc.
