Quality Assurance and Control: • Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. • Verify the material's compliance and conformity with the specifications of the relevant international standards, Review and coordinate the technical work of the departments and project team. • Supervise construction civil works and ensure that contractors comply with works specifications. Inspection and Testing: • Inspects Civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling, FDT, Lean concrete, Formwork, Reinforcement & Concrete Pouring, Curing, Underground utilities, and installation of precast structures, so as to fulfill the Quality & Standards criteria of the project. • Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to precede concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures. • Conducting regular inspections and coordinating with third-party testing agencies to perform tests on construction materials i.e. • Aggregate tests, Soil tests, Cement tests also (if required) etc. • Various Concrete tests like, workability (Slump) test, Temperature test (Fresh Concrete) Strength test (Hardened Concrete) & Test for steel, bricks/blocks etc. Documentation: • Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions taken. • Prepare and maintain relevant QA/QC Logs and reports i.e. • Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports. • Work Inspection Reports (WIR) for various activities. • Material Approval Request (MAR). Review of Materials: • Ensuring that materials used on-site meet project requirements and specifications through verification of test reports, and supplier quality documentation.

To witness applicable tests conducted on concrete, soil, asphalt, water including concrete slump, Temperature, Soil sampling, FDT and Concrete Core Tests as per required specification and standards. • Inspection of activities like Structural material Receiving Inspection, Dimensional check, Erection, Plumbness, Level, Alignment, Bolt tightening , Grout Work, Coating , Backfilling and Compaction. • Checked the quality of construction material and insured the approved materials usage.Monitoring and inspection Honeycomb and segregation on concrete area prior to surface preparation. • Inspection of surface preparation for the Footing, Foundation and retaining wall prior to the application of waterproof bituminous coat. • Review work procedure and method of statements for compliance with standard work practices and the company contract specializations. • Inspection of laboratory and field test. • Various materials testing including sieve analysis, silt test, impact and crushing value of aggregate etc. • Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. • Coordinate with the consultant representative and site in-charge for inspection. • Report to the QA/QC manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
