Receive and guide patient as per required services throughout hospital stay .Handles and assists the visitor's/ patients.Facilitate patients with obtaining timely and accurate service .Ensure patient satisfaction through daily rounds on a regular basic to ensure theircomfortable stay in hospital.Patient queue managementPrepare and maintain daily clinics / rooms , counter,and facility checklist.Coordinate with physicians ,nurses , paramedics and other staff to provide patientcentered care .Inter/intra departmental coordination to provide uninterrupted patient services.Coordination with medical Record Department for patient file management.Perform any duty as assigned by Head of Department
