Major Responsibilities:• Mitigation of financial risk through Monitoring of agents’ Sales Vs Bank guarantee• Controlling and ensuring correct accounting of revenue earned on Station.• Reconciliation of liabilities and revenue ledger accounts.• Recording & reconciliation of BSP Pakistan, and PSAs Sales.• Bank reconciliation.• Coordination with external and internal auditors for audit of accounts in the half yearly and annual Audit.• Providing various analytic/historic MIS reports regarding Revenue/Sales to senior management

• Preparation of Cash Activity Report involving forecast of cash flows for the next period • Preparation, approval re-appropriation, reporting and execution & control of budget • Supervision of disbursement of cost of revenue (fuel, aeronautical charges, aviation charges, allowances etc.) at domestic and international stations, misc. disbursements, imprest accounts, payroll matters, bank reconciliations • Negotiation with the bankers, contractors and service providers at the time of entering into agreement • Arrangement of payments to contractors, service providers and other outside parties taking into account cash flow position • Supervise reconciliations with the parties • Attend tender opening meetings and participate in monthly Minor Works Committee meeting• Financial analysis involving different revenue and capital expenditures/projects.• Coordination with Internal and External Auditors to meet their audit requirements
