•To review and manage Product requirement planning, inventory control, warehousing and Logistics operation.• To arrange and manage Import Material / Procurement planning/purchasing (local & international) and Fund arrangement their availability and develop strategic plan to improve productivity.• To develop the new Source of Raw material / Packaging/ store & spares• To keep a track of Material Shortage for smooth production• Run MRP on Monthly basis.• Manage Production Targets / Reign and arrange funds• To keep an eye on production planning & its execution by timely follow ups• Delivery of Monthly order to M&P & weekly tracking and to other distributors / DRs• To monitor planned VS actual production on weekly basis• C&F Report- Imported Material• To coordinate with warehouse for timely supplies of all stocks.• To coordinate with warehouse department for closing reports for production planning.• To coordinate with Production department for WIP reports for production planning.• To coordinate with Marketing department for rolling forecast for production planning• Finalize DLR layout and lead time rules. • Liaison with sales and marketing department for daily dispatch. • To establish complete logistics layout for factory, Transport & warehouses system from raw material and finish bikes receiving till dispatch. • Establish inventory control rule in and out operation. • Daily inventory monitoring and control dispatch operation. • Establish new lashing/fixing method of bike in to truck. • Route design for local and out of city delivery.• Finalization of complete flow of sales logisticsOther Responsibilities • Managing import consignments of CKD, CBU, Spare parts, Raw Materials Plant/Machinery and fixed assets etc. from Suppliers Door step to importers door step.• Managing loading and offloading operation of containers / de-consolidation etc. as and when required as per business need•

• Co-ordination shipping line/custom.• Receiving of all shipping documents from around the world.• Monitoring of vassal arrival.• After arriving shipments at port file all custom documents in the system• Arrange delivery order from shipping line • After complete all documents arrange vehicle for picking the container from port and sent to Afghanistan.• Monitoring and reporting of each and every shipment.• Manage and control of complete yard operation, reefer container monitoring system and plug in points• Co-Ordination with shipper and consignee.
