Responsibilities: •Plan and implement marketing material to ensure the effective launch of promotions and special events in the allocated area in conjunction with the commercial departments. •Timeously communicate marketing material for promotions to department staff•Create visual displays in line with the visual manual, in store booklet and beautiful VM booklets to maximise sales.•Monitor current customer profiles and observe customers to influence visual displays and feedback changes or trends in allocated area.•Manage the distribution and implementation of ticketing and décor in allocated areas.•Manage and maintain all visual equipment for allocated areas.•Provide input to the planning to improve the general ambiance of the \​ store and implement accordingly.•Apply quality of detail to visuals in line with the visual manual.•Minimise waste and control stock usage to prevent shrinkage in the •Develop, recruit, retain and lead a competent and motivated store visual merchandise team.•Conduct performance and development discussions (IPM) with the team.•Minimize shrinkage through: -Reporting acts of dishonesty related to shrinkage and fraud to your line manager or shrinkage hotline.-Understand, apply and manage all red flag processes, policies and \​ procedures.-Identify and manage all shrinkage hotspots within the department.-Facilitate regular on going shrinkage meetings to ensure employee participation and creating awareness amongst employees.-Effectively manage all processes and procedures aimed at minimising shrinkage.
