Currentπ²ππ πΉπππππππππππππππ ββ Leading Sales Operations: Overseeing sales eο¬orts across Qatar, managing an annual business volume of $120M+ in 50+ retail stores, hypermarkets, and corporate outlets.β Planning & Procuring Products: Liaising with principals and suppliers, negotiating deals, and procuring products to meet market needs across multiple sales channels.β Controlling Inventory Levels: Monitoring and managing inventory to maintain ideal stock levels, ensuring fast-moving items are available while liquidating slow-moving stock through promotions.β Building Vendor & Supplier Relationships: Strengthening relationships with suppliers to increase business volume, managing purchasing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination for shipping documentation.β Managing Profitability: Ensuring product gross profit aligns with yearly budgets by controlling stock levels, pricing strategies, and promoting slow-moving items eο¬ectively.β Leading & Managing Teams: Guiding a team of 3 Key Account Managers, 2 Coordinators, and 60+ Sales Associates, ensuring alignment with sales goals and delivering performance feedback.β Coordinating Cross-functional Teams: Collaborating with service, audit, and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of non-saleable inventory, insurance claims, and stock clearances.β Strengthening Dealer Relationships: Fostering strong dealer and distributor partnerships by visiting markets alongside Key Account Managers, enhancing collaboration and sales outcomes.β Tracking Sales & Market Performance: Monitoring market trends, customer demand, and monthly target achievements by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to adjust strategies.β Managing Warranty & Spare Parts: Ensuring the availability of spare parts and handling warranty replacements to improve customer satisfaction and enhance after-sales service.
