Leading a team of 16 people and reporting to Lidl´s CFO, I am responsible for support the decision-making process of the Executive Management and the heads of functional areas, through the critical analysis of deviations between the objectives defined the planning and budgeting processes and the results of business performance indicators, contributing to business risk mitigation and business opportunities generation. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the Coordination and creation of the annual Plan aligned with the Executive Management and with the operational departments, ensuring the plausibility and coherence of the information to be reported to the International Controlling;  Development and maintenance with quality assurance of the Standard reports available to all organization, as well as the key indicators necessary to monitor the business; Responsible for the monthly analysis of results ensuring transparency and control of the P&L, communicating deviations, identifying risks and opportunities and respective action plans with the responsible areas; Communication of irregularities, respective causes and influencing factors to the executive management, the departments, as well as to the International Controlling; Responsible for the maintenance and development of a quality data structure as well as efficient management and controlling tools; Responsible for the preparation and execution of a monthly results meeting for the Executive Management as well as development of potential ad hoc analyses;  Improve the regular communication between all areas and departments; Coordinate the continuous development of controlling instruments/systems that promote transparency of processes and knowledge in each CO area; Led the transformation of Controlling team into a support area capable to deliver high quality of services;

Leading a team of 5 Business Partners and 3 Mill Cost Analysts and reporting to Financial Planning & Control Director, I support the decision-making process of the Executive Board and the heads of functional areas, through the critical analysis of deviations between the objectives set out in the planning and budgeting processes and the results and tendencies in the evolution of business performance indicators, contributing to business risk mitigation and business opportunities generation. Main Projects & Results: Led the transformation of business controlling team into a support area capable to deliver high quality of services; Led a zero-budgeting review that led to a cost saving program achieving 10% cost reduction. This included renegotiation of contracts with suppliers and simplification of business processes. Create proposals for the development of the Business Analytics system, focused on maximizing the utility of the available technology, preparation of data and of the critical analysis of performance, supported by multidimensional tools, such as reports in Qliksense of main business KPIs;Main Responsibilities: Propose the functioning levels of management control to be given to the operational and functional areas. Participate in the definition of budgeting and forecasting models. Monitor the implementation of action plans and of the annual budget and the corrective measures adopted, promoting the analysis of their congruence with the approved objectives. Coordinate the preparation of management analysis of periodic reports and KPIs flash analysis, ensuring the review and validation of information reported to the business areas. Coordinate the preparation of presentations of results to support the strategic analysis of the Executive Board.  Coordinate the preparation of data to answer ad-hoc requests from the CE and the heads of the functional areas.

Reporting to the Managing Director of L'Oreal Consumer Products & FMCG and funtionaly to the CFO, and member of Executive Committee of the division responsible for make the link between the business unit and the group finance director, leading a team of 4 people – responsible for the controlling, to assure proper internal and external monthly reports, coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and its revisions (quantifying the main objectives, identifying corrective actions and proposing solutions) and participate in strategic and operational plans of the division. Main Projects & Results: Leader of the ROI Promotions project for large retailers, in order to answer to an increasingly demanding and promotional market and guarantee the brand profitability; Important member of the Sales Forecast team to make the process more efficient from the MKT, Commercial and Demand Planning point of view; Responsible for implementing the correct communication of information between directions, namely in terms of tracking releases, promotions, investments, stock in trade and Sellin / Sellout analysis;Main Responsibilities: Assure proper internal and external monthly reports,  Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and its revisions (quantifying the main objectives, identifying corrective actions and proposing solutions)  Participate in strategic and operational plans of the division.

Reporting to the Managing Director of L´Oreal Cosmetique Active and funtionaly to the CFO, responsible for make the link between the business unit and the group finance director, leading a team of 2 people, responsible for the control and optimization of the division annual investment's and the monthly reporting of the group.Main Projects & Results: Responsible for the creation of the planning and control department from the scratch through process optimization and reorganization of tasks and the responsibilities of controlling, whose presence in the division was practically nil; Ensure a expenditure control, the identification of productivity areas, the anticipation of risks, the proposed corrective actions and establishment of procedures and best practices of internal control. Main Responsibilities: Designed & implemented a complete set of dashboards to follow the main KPI which included analysis of sales, brands performance and main financial figures ; Leader of the project aimed at the proper controls and monitoring of MKT investment (good practice, followed by the other divisions of L'Oreal Portugal); Control, efficient management and assurance applications / database of information available to the business areas; Preparation, reporting and analysis of the division budget / budget revisions;
