• A member of maintenance team as an Instrument and control technician Sadara Chemical Complex Jubail, • Perform routine, preventive, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities and checks on all instrument equipment systems.• Troubleshoots, identifies, repairs instrument component failures, and returns system to normal operation with due regard to minimization of equipment down time.• Removes, dismantles, overhauls/repairs and installs electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves & actuators and different instruments in the field or in the workshop.• Participates and contributes in development and implementation of corrective actions to improve reliability of Instrumentation and control system, in coordination with other departments and personnel.• Provide assistance to the maintenance planner with scheduling and planning maintenance tasks.• Install new plant equipment and maintain the existing practices.• Reassemble and replace instruments in a system with the help of hand tools.• Eliminate defective equipment from the system, disassemble, decontaminate and replace damaged parts. • Keep track of a variety of manual and automated logs, files and records; carry out variety of indexing, filing, record keeping and other general clerical tasks. Assist in ensuring that correct parts are ordered.• Experienced with Fisher, Rosemount, Fuji, ABB, Yokogawa and Bentley-Nevada 3500 vibration monitoring components and calibration devices.• Well versed at the interpretation of Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Instrument Loop Diagrams (ILD), Panel Drawings, Loop Sheets.• Ensure that inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and special replacements parts are maintained / available stock.• Updating all maintenance, overhauls or adjustments records accurately.• Execution of job according to Standards of the company

o Operation & maintenance of all equipment’s in following plant’s EDC/VCM & PVC.Online troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of field Instruments.o Involved in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on the process control systemsand control loops.o Offline/Lab calibration of smart field instruments Level, Pressure, Flow, TemperatureTransmitters LT, PT, and FT, TT (Yokogawa, Rosemount, E+ H, ABB, and Honeywell).o Daily routine inspection monitoring the temperature, vibration of the whole rotary equipment.o Maintenance, Calibration of Flame Detector & Gas Detector, Thermocouple, RTD, Temperature, Pressure, Level switches as well as Pressure and Temperature Gauges.o Configuration, Troubleshooting of different kinds of level transmitters, ultrasonic, radar type,displacer, Level troll etc. (Rosemount, ender+ Hause) Magnetic flow meter, Coriolis flow meter, vortex flow meter, Differential Flow Transmitter.o Calibration of I/P converter, Positioner, Stroke checking, and overhauling of control valves,butterfly valves, On/Off valves.
