Developed Swallow Feedback system to provide a clinical diagnostic solution for speech and swallowing disorders.Developed application with C++, wxWidgets and OpenCV. sEMG, EPG, OPG and Video fluoroscopy to capture complete details of tongue movements, vocal tract shape and the surface electromyography profile. The application provides several features including visualization, recording, editing of the data with signal processing, statistical and other post processing analysis techniques.Tongue prediction model developed in C++ and wxWidgets reads EPG and OPG data from a pseudo-palate fitted in mouth with contact and optical sensors mounted on. The application provides a live 2D animation for complete tongue movements during articulation or swallowing. The application can be retrained using custom data acquired from MRI volumetric scans.Scripts in MATLAB and ImageJ for extraction of contours from MRI DICOM images, application of image processing algorithms, scripting in ImageJ Macro Language (Java) etc.
