Perform a wide variety of task with respect to FTTH, VDSL, ADSL and IPTV.Technical Supports, maintenance and installation to utilize various companyand customer telecommunication resources.Job Description Survey and inspection of new sites to identify the fiber cable path & get the customerapproval. Connection between Terminal Box (OTB) and ONT. Termination at Frame & Distribution Unit, MSAN, DSL Port, Primary distribution Point atthe customer side. Customer support regarding LAN, WAN Wireless and VPN Network and TCP/IP Net Troubleshooting fiber optic cable jointing (fusion splicing techniques) of fiber optic cablecut. Applying different test equipment such as OTDR (EXPO), Splice machine (FUJIKURA),Power Meter, Virtual fault locator (VFL). Installation, Patching & termination of Optical fibers devices (FDT Cabinet, ODBCustomer side, Manhole Splice enclosure, etc.) Cable testing using Light Source tools. Make material request for new sites. Installation & configuration of IPTV. Ensure Service Activation. As a team member, Preparing reports and maintain records of work accomplishment. Checking and implementing standard and safety measures on site. Ensure Department Policies and Procedures are followed.
