• Preparing monthly packaging and raw material requirement plan on the basis of shared production plan and getting it approved from Head Of Commercial.• Preparing procurement plan for packaging and raw material amounting to approx. PKR 1000 Million, packaging material include printed films, show boxes, stickers, master cartons while raw material include flour, sugar, oil, fats, bisco shortening, food colors, flavors, glucose and different chemicals. • Preparing purchase order and different reports through SAP.• Managing & monitoring of safety stocks of raw & packing material to avoid any production loss.• Developing & Executing of all NPDs of packaging material as requested by Brand team.• Preparing quotation comparison report, negotiating and then getting its approval.• Following up with suppliers for material delivery status against issued purchase orders.• Working on cost saving initiatives.• Direct reporting to Head Of Commercial.• Supervising team member for the execution and development of export orders.• Inducting new vendors on the basis of their technical & financial capability.• Resolving financial grievances of vendors with finance team.

• Preparing monthly plan for the raw material requirement and then its procurement on thebasis of sales forecast and production plan, raw materials include different types of oils,shortening, gelatin, flavors, food colors, chemicals, glucose, flour, granules, sugar, spicesand other raw materials for all five business units of approx. PKR.200 Million monthly.• Preparing monthly plan for the packaging material requirement and then its procurement on the basis of sales forecast and production plan, packaging includes wrappers, bag rolls,boxes and master cartons for all five business units of approx. PKR.70 Million monthly.• Working on SAP to prepare purchase orders and generating different reports.• Production and Material requirement planning for WFP (World Food Program) tender orders.• Leading and supervising export team for planning, development and procurement of packaging products as per the requirement of export’s marketing department.• Working on NPD projects with the coordination between R&D, Quality and Marketing departments,for arranging different ingredients and packaging products for new product development.• Negotiation with suppliers to achieve lowest rate of product with best quality.• Preparing counter quotation file for its approval from head of department.• Induction of new vendors and evaluating their performance as per KPI and then coordinatingwith them to solve the issues.• Direct reporting to Group COO (Chief Operating Officer).• Follow up from suppliers for its timely delivery for smooth production.• Handling issues and grievances related to the payment of suppliers.

• Procuring stitching and packaging materials of approx Rs. 140 Million annually.• Planning of stitching and packaging accessories.• Procuring threads, stitching and packing accessories for around ten units.• Preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely procurement of stitching & packaging material.• Tendering of orders when required.• Maintenance of follow up sheet to ensure stitching accessories are timely delivered to the stitching floor.• Providing updated status of approvals, ordering and deliveries to all the internal stakeholders.• New product development according to the need of customers.• Supplier evaluation, audit and implementing IKEA compliances.• Negotiation with suppliers, updating and maintaining price and vendor list.• Development and counter development of stitching and packaging accessories.• Resolve supplier’s grievances and claims against supplies.• Efficient vendor sourcing, development and management, pre-qualify and evaluate suppliers to ensure that the product and services are provided with minimum cost, right quality, quantity and time.
