Also, approve colleagues’ project set up in the system.• Process intercompany charges in preparation for billing.• Review invoices and coordinates with Project Managers prior to billing. • Process invoices and assist manager in posting colleagues’ approved invoices on the system.• Process reversal requests initiated by colleagues.• Prepares monthly Unbilled Report sent to Delivery Director and Project Managers.• Studies Unbilled Report to highlight items that need urgent attention and help lower the Unbilled Balance.• Spearheads Unbilled Report meeting as requested by Delivery Director or as needed.• Sends monthly timeline to team for guidance in month-end close.• Prepares various monthly journal entries. • Performs revenue reconciliation and clearing of unbilled account balance.• Supports quarter end and year end audits.• Performs UAT testing whenever necessary.• Investigates billing related inquiries and coordinates internal inquiries from business partners.• Handle escalated items with the appropriate level of focus.• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
