Over the past 15 years, I’ve built a diverse career in the outsourcing industry. I have 10 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative and Subject Matter Expert, where I assisted Telco customers with issues related to telephone services, internet connectivity, and computer functions. Following that, I spent 1.5 years as a Customer Advocacy Manager, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also have 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Assistant, handling procurement processes and vendor relations. Additionally, I spent 1.5 years as a Corporate Trainer, developing impactful presentations, managing both virtual and face-to-face classrooms, and successfully onboarding new employees.
