In 2022, I was hand-selected to oversee all training, logistics, and administrative operations for a team of 50+ highly elite Special Forces soldiers tasked in planning and conducting special operations under the directorate of the U.S. European Command. Over the past three years, I have advanced multinational partnerships with our allies through the conceptualization and execution of intensive tactical training events. Most notably, I was proud to be the recipient of the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) “Commander’s Coin” -- a prestigious award, presented by a 2-Star General, for demonstrating utmost professionalism and excellence.

From 2016 to 2022, I served as a Special Forces Senior Weapons Sergeant. In this leadership role, I oversaw a capital asset portfolio valued in excess of $12M. I also planned and led hundreds of training events stateside and abroad in advanced tactical concepts with up to 1,000 U.S. and allied Soldiers in attendance. I additionally designed and conducted a showcase event for a U.S. Congressional Delegate that greatly enhanced government understanding of Special Forces expertise and capabilities.

As a U.S. Army Special Forces Assistant Operations Sergeant, I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for a highly specialized team of Special Forces Operators. I assisted in the development of a first-of-its-kind training assessment tool and co-developed the 10th Special Forces Group’s first High Threat and Force Protection course. During this timeframe, I additionally oversaw $500K in travel expense funds while cultivating a collaborative work culture that quickly realized gains in employee productivity.

In 2013, I graduated from the U.S. Army Special Forces Qualification Course and joined an independently operating team of 12 capable of deploying at a moment’s notice to some of the most austere and challenging environments across the globe. As a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant, I provided specialized expertise and advisement in weapons management while earning early career notoriety as a Master Trainer in advanced tactical concepts.
