About John Rizzo

Agile sales and technology leader with 20+ years of experience solving complex digital problems. I began my career as a publishing consultant globally for Amazon.com where I learned how to build systems to enhance the customer experience. During a hyper growth period, I managed thousands of accounts on Amazon distribution models while leveraging Salesforce adoption to automate pipeline management amongst our sales team. In addition to hitting numbers, I was selected by Amazon senior leadership to host training webinars on branding strategy to help publishers grow e-commerce sales. Before taking the corporate leap, I was spotlighted by CEO Jeff Bezos for optimizing channels of communication between product, sales and CS teams.As my passion grew for technology and serving small business owners through my digital marketing agency, I became obsessed with helping hundreds of clients grow and market products to drive efficiency in their ventures.I've continued to build SaaS platforms that run on AWS and served as a product manager for remote teams at scale over the past 12 years, developing various AI & ML technologies.
