CurrentEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide first level support for doctors and staffManage and monitor all computer and network systems for proper performanceCreate and update end user and IT Support documentationManage and support various software applicationsManages Microsoft Windows Servers, including group policies, logon scripts, print server, AD, DNS, DHCP and Azure environment.Assist with managing various other systems including Providence Epic, VMWare ESXi servers, Enterprise Encryption, Meraki Switching and Wireless, Secure Texting, Secure Email, Fortigate, Cloud Phone SystemManages & supports Infrastructure services, including vendor & ISP solutions, including Veeam, DR cloud IAAS and fiber and data circuitsUse Centralized Monitoring system to manage computer and network systems for proper performance and compliance requirementsAssists with anticipating future network needs and identifying proactive solutions.Develops plans and documentation of proposed solutions, including utilization of project management tools to manage system selections and deploymentsWork with various vendors to quickly identify and resolve issues and realize optimal serviceParticipates in annual Security Assessment and Risk Analysis to satisfy HIPAA Compliance requirementsExpand job-related knowledge and skills to improve performance and adjust to changeUse interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain cooperative professional relationshipsEnsures department and clinic is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within the company
