Project Manager
Current- Manage key audits on a daily and weekly basis to monitor efficiency and deployment and storage of key files and information
- Track, record and transfer client assets and information provided through JotForm submissions to support with administrative actions for client-facing team members, with proper tag in realtime upon completion
- Create process documentation on best-practices for auditing key client assets and information, including reporting to department leadership. Ensure that client projects adhere to predefined timelines and deadlines
- Utilize Asana, Hubspot and Google Suite resources to streamline project workflows and enhance communication
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and project-related files
- Track support of internal projects through Project Management (Asana)
