In this role, I served as a liaison between the business and our CIS (Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter 2.8). In this role, I provided:• User Acceptance Testing for Enhancements requested by the business • Researched issues/bugs reported by the business • User Acceptance Testing for Bug fixes • Trained new call center employees in our CIS and business knowledge • Developed SQL queries • Provided technical support to the business with CIS questions • Created reports using SQL/BiPublisher • Served as a business unit’s SME in our CIS

Building off of my Customer Support Associate role, I answered higher complexity incoming residential customer calls. With these calls, I provided detailed bill explanations, resolved bill disputes, created payment arrangements, stopped and started utility services, and placed emergency gas and water leak orders. Along with these requests from residential customers, I also administered commercial business to business requests and inquiries. I assisted leadership with escalated calls/requests from customers.

In this role, I answered incoming customer calls and assisted with basic account questions. Also in this role, I assisted leadership with special projects off phones and basic Billing functions.
