• Responsibility for 30+ store markets in San Diego (17), Las Vegas(13) and then Phoenix/Tucson (26). Annual revenues of $27M.• Managed financial results through daily monitoring of sales, transactions, labor, cancel/voids, deposits and average check resulting in all stores achieving company flow through threshold of 55%. • Conducted P&L and General Ledger recons of stores monthly to ensure clean statements and proper billing and charges.• Achieved sales and profit growth in Q4 of 08 leading to 75% of the restaurants hitting their targets. • Implemented a Local Store Marketing initiative focusing on four walls, four blocks, four miles. Resulted in increased traffic- transactions approx. 1.5% and in store Catering sales approx. 3%. • Utilized Succession Planning to foster an aggressive Internal Development program. Implemented training programs for potential Manager/Assistant Manager candidates.
