My responsibilities as a senior project manager included planning, executing and monitoring each software project release. Additionally, I provided guidance on marketing and conducted internal and external product training. I frequently worked directly with customers through the release life cycle.

As a lead business analyst my responsibilities included eliciting requirements from customers and line office personnel and translating them into software specifications for the complex domains of U.S. Federal and U.S. Internal tax laws.

Responsibilities included programming complex tax software applications based on market and line office requirements using a mixture of industry standard and custom tools and technologies such as C++ and SQL.
