- Definition, analysis and control off business KPI’s;- Marketing plan and strategy definition and implementation; - Managing and motivating staff ensuring business efficiency;- Monitoring of service levels and triggering continuous improvement; - Building, equipment and ground’s maintenance management; - Cleaning, security, safety, utilities and space management.

- Responsible for Production planning department of SMT factory; - Coordination of internal supply team of SMT factory;- Coordination of Lean activities on the shop floor: Levelling, Kanban (pull production); 5S’s, WIP reduction and Value Stream Mapping; - TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities coordinator/auditor of Blaupunkt group; - Monitoring and analysis of overall equipment efficiency (OEE) in productive equipments and definition of activities leading productivity increase (autonomous maintenance, training, etc.); - Definition and monitoring of key productivity indicators (KPI’s); - Blaupunkt representative in benchmark activities – Best Of Bosch

- Planning and installation of production lines; - Evaluation of products layout’s and it’s implications on prctive processes;- Definition of production line’s concepts using Kaizen guidelines: - Coordination of TTM process (time to market);- CoC (Centre of Competence) responsible of production processes in Blaupunkt Group: - SAP Key user - access creation and training new users;
