Primary Responsibilities: • Hosting the morning prime time show- 7AM to 11AM at Radio Mirchi Lucknow (2007-2015) Evening Prime Time Show -5PM to 9PM at Radio Mirchi Delhi (2015-2019)• Engineering of the shows and being responsible for operating various equipment including the broadcasting desk, music systems and various software. Also responsible for making a broad format of the show including its plan, content etc. • Voice overs for advertisements, programming creatives and promos.Other Responsibilities: • Responsible to plan, monitor and make scripts for the shows in line with the editorial guidelines and brand proposition • Identify, coordinate and invite guests and celebrities • Voice overs for commercials, promos, station IDs, and all other programming constituents • Ideation for promos / commercials etc. under the supervision of the programming supervisor• Ideation for special events or specific days • Ideation for contests and other monetizable opportunities • Train new RJs to ideate and plan the shows and guide them to carry out shows. • Script copies for commercials, promos, station IDs etc. when required • Conduct content research / interviews / sound bytes for other shows• Develop special effects and hot keys for use in own programs• Contribute to interview questionnaires / content of shows
