As a Community Engagement Specialist, I work with 1840 and Company, a global outsourcing company that provides innovative solutions to businesses and organizations. I leverage my HR and ESL skills to communicate effectively with clients and partners, create and deliver engaging content and training, and foster a positive and collaborative culture within the company.I have over three years of experience in HR and ESL, having worked as an HR Head at Cebu International Academy and an HR Generalist at OPSIFY. I have developed and implemented HR policies and programs, managed employee relations and performance, and created and maintained HR dashboards. I have also taught and coached ESL students and professionals in TOEIC, IELTS, and TOEFL, helping them achieve their academic and career goals.
