• I develop detailed project plans that were used as a benchmark for overall progress on commercial and residential new builds/remodels. I use many applications based on interior/exterior standards while retro-fitting for unique designs.• I fully construct estimates and bids based on the work needing performed and the material needed to complete the job. These estimates mostly include blueprints, itemized costs for material and labor, eplanations for costs accumulated as well as permits or rentals required to complete the job/jobs.• Once an estimate or purposal is accepted we initiate a timeline or deadline.• In the field, I demo and install everything from tile, baseboard, doors, windows, siding, etc...I have been doing complete Bathroom and kitchen remodels for 15 years both as a project manager and main installer.
