I have learned to take available information and make a decision or take actions. This openness along with willingness to make a decision or accept responsibility has helped me establish long standing relationships and respect.To keep myself and SKF informed and positioned in our industries, I stay involved in key industry associations; Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA); Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA); Auto Car Association (ACA). In HDMA I was nominated and served on the Heavy Duty Business Forum a small subset (~50) of top executives supplying to the Heavy Duty market. As part of the ACA, I am responsible for SKF’s participation at Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) annual one-on-one customer meetings as well as SKF’s booth and messaging at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) trade show.
