Composer & Creative Technologist with a specialism in User Experience Design and Team/Project Management.Currently working on product development for my music industry startup TrackShift where I'm co-founder, working on next generation sales and royalties processing for indendent record labels and artists. Also working on freelance projects as a Workshop Facilitator / UX Specialist / Digital Strategist (often all at once, which I love). Recent projects include not-for-profit organisations The Power of Nutrition, Pankhurst Trust and Manchester Women's Aid as well as Sheffield-based AI startup IntelliAM.Previous not-for-profit/Tech4Good clients include Orbis (Flying Eye Hospital Charity), Impaakt (SDG data analysis startup) and Vodafone Foundation.As a composer I've released albums of contemporary classical music and composed for the Abbey Road production music library. At the same time I've been active in Creative Technology as a freelance Creative Director, Producer, and User Experience Design Specialist.I've directed/produced creative projects funded by Arts Council England, Makerversity, D-Lab, Sound & Music and 4th Estate. These projects pursue creative applications for mobile web, browser-based music applications and data-driven Service Design.Other projects I've worked on include the Oyster Card data-driven game Chromaroma, and the world's first Shakespeare play performed on Twitter (produced with Channel 4 and the Royal Shakespeare Company)I've also provided Digital Strategy, User Experience and Web Design services to award-winning agencies such as Katapult, Bit10 and Subism, for clients such as GAME, Outlook Expeditions, Nebosh, Association of Project Managers, Motor Sports Association, National Grid, Harrods, and LeGrand. As a Composer you'll find my work as a recording artist on Spotify and all over the web. I'm part of the Abbey Road Masters group of composers, recording production music in the legendary studios along with the London Contemporary Orchestra. I write soundtracks, do string arrangements, produce records and sometimes engineer.
