- Meet time sensitive internal and external initiatives through high-touch account management and strategic merchandising- Collaborate with other employees, suppliers and store owners to deliver exceptional support- Display an extensive knowledge of the market and products across all RNDC relevant categories- Visit 30+ stores weekly to build a strong relationship with owners and management

I was responsible for reference data management that tied to Citi clientele. The day to day tasks were mainly:- Managing accounts by verifying documents, formatting text, investigating discrepancies, and handling sensitive information- Frequently handling complicated requests that required research, communication, and decisiveness- Assisting with the training of new hires, and interdepartmental instruction of applicable systems- Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that was meant to catch any errors the system could encounter when releasing updates.

I ensured that specific equipment ran continuously. In addition, I was tasked with the maintenance of related machinery. I would also coordinate with the first and second shift supervisors in handling any problems and irregular tasks that arose.

I controlled the shipping and receiving of small parcels on a daily basis. I audited account and billing statements weekly. I also handled returns, order revisions and took care of any technical issues as they arose.

Assigned to create a slogan, logo, presentation, and display/layout for an exhibition. In addition to performing marketing research, looking for sales leads, and helping with translation from Chinese to English.
