As co-founder and CTO of Voxeo, I helped create the communications platform (CPaaS) industry and standards such as VoiceXML, CCXML, and WebRTC, leading to a successful $250m exit with acquisitions by Aspect (now Alvaria) and Cisco Webex through the Tropo spin-off.At Plum Voice, I drove transformation as President and CTO, revamping the company's culture and leadership, focusing on cloud and AI technologies, leading to growth and operational efficiency. These efforts culminated in a strategic merger with SharpenCX, enhancing our market position.Throughout my career, I've been deeply involved in M&A activities, contributing to both sell-side and buy-side transactions. I played key roles in the sell-side exits of Voxeo to Aspect and Plum Voice to SharpenCX, ensuring smooth transitions. On the buy-side, I've been part of over 15 deals with Voxeo, Aspect, and Sighthound, leading due diligence and integration efforts.
