Over 400,000 systems are in use today around the world with the highest customer satisfaction rates in the industry.As the Systems Administrator my responsibilities focus on the company's IT infrastructure, which includes Windows Desktop and Server management, Linux Server management, Storage management and Virtualization management under Linux KVM. I am also the “tip of the spear” in regards to attending to InfoSec concerns, enforcing the application of security practices and managing multiple InfoSec related services.Much of what I do is automated using Ansible and Terraform. I strongly support building in the Cloud, and I currently support AWS, Linode, UpCloud, Scala Hosting and Oracle.
