Primary responsibilities:√ entirely responsible for all financial results of the Company;√ responsible for preparing, monitoring and implementing enterprise budget;√ key account management;√ Chairman Management Team, determines the policies within the firm, key staff within the organization and reports directly to the shareholder;√ responsible for the efficient implementation and coordination of internal processes within the organization in all areas (Operations, HR, F & A, IT, Sales, Quality);√ responsible for training in the company;√ responsible for developing and drafting a (medium) long-term vision with an investment budget;√ act as manager to the Works Council and unions, so that a proper synergy arises between business goals and personal objectives with a guarantee on business continuity.
