I am currently working on a team in the Intelligent Robotics and Emergent Automation Lab working to develop a drone platform that will allow drones to take off from and land on moving vehicles. On this team I have primarily worked on software. Specifically, I have been developing a framework for the drone to receive data from a Vicon system over WiFi using UDP. This framework will allow us to simulate a GPS data stream in an indoor environment.

During my internship experience at Area-I, I developed a center of gravity rig that automated the process of balancing Area-I's ALTIUS platform for flight. The production team places the aircraft onto the rig and it outputs the current center of gravity along with a recommendation of how much weight to add or remove to specific locations on the aircraft to balance it for flight. This project was entirely my own and I was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and software design.

At GE Appliances I worked on the Monogram refrigeration production engineering team. In my role I managed design efforts to improve the owner experience of numerous products, and drove projects through change processes. Additionally, I coordinated and developed various testing procedures for various product changes and issues.
