CurrentMentor 10-20 adolescents, including those with physical, mental, and emotional health needs, age 10-18. Create individualized plans for each child based upon risk/needs and well-being assessments completed in partnership with the child, guardian, and support network. Establish partnerships with local businesses, governments, and institutions such as 4Hands Brewery and the Missouri Juvenile Justice Association. Recruit and train 5+/- volunteers and professionals weekly to better serve as program participants. Provide youth with access to individual, family, and customizable virtual mental health services. Develop, manage, and monitor annual donations and budget to ensure best use of agencies resources. Identify and implement effective fundraising measures and participate in Give STL Day program. Responsible for grant writing and development, including providing data and evaluation outcomes and reports within the organization and to partnering agencies. Develop and implement training materials and procedures for new volunteers. Communicate with community partners through in person meetings, email, fax, and telephone. Ensured HIPPA Privacy Rules to protect personally identifiable information.
