Researched and established OKA research base, logic model and grant-writing templates based on common grant formats. Created and deployed OKA website, related copy, and designed all promotional materials and brochures. Approached local school administration and staff to negotiate terms and install OKA programs into local schools. Recruited and hired OKA teaching staff. Formulated all OKA core class outlines. Supervised curriculum development with OKA teaching staff. Work as on-site coordinator for all OKA classes.

Development and maintenance of existing modules for J2EE/XML based production management software. Worked with manufacturing production business analysts developing from specification J2EE compliant, Web-based production tracking software modules incorporating Oracle 8i, WebSphere, GemStoneJ application server systems, and Servlet/JSP/EJB/JDBC technology on Windows/Unix platforms.
