[Bid Range: 200K to 2.5M USD] Prepare Contract & Bid Documents and Attend pre-bid and bid meetings for new projects. After winning the Bid, arranging the Pre-construction meetings and Construction meetings during the work for updating schedule of the work to track company's part of work. Discussing technical aspects from the projects and Process Change Orders whenever required.  Communicating with various parties like owner, general contractor, suppliers and workers to complete the work as soon as possible. Coordinate with onsite supervisor for getting the detail report of quantities and issues faced for completing days work and sending them to GC or Owner as required for schedule updating. Prepare detailed spread sheets for all the quantities on plans for getting an accurate idea for work to be done and simplify job on-site incharge personnel.

Conducted study on working of whole process on a construction site and determined places where improvements could be suggested by value-stream analysis. Results proved that it a better method of studying and determining loop holes in the construction.

 Estimation and Quantity takeoffs for floor construction.  Collected and processed RFIs, RFPs and Submittals of a residential structure.  Created daily schedules and authorized respective work to subcontractors on-site. (MSP and Primavera P6) Supervised Onsite Safety for the duration of internship.

Determined and improved the onsite productivity of project through various techniques like Work sampling and Five-minute Rating, Crew-balance Chart and Flow process charts. Also discussions were made with personnel at various hierarchies about factors affecting productivity and its improvement.
